The most recent album released by Slightly Stoopid – “Slightly Not Stoned Enough To Eat Breakfast Yet Stoopid” – is similar to other albums by this artist.

Although this album contains slower beats than others, a loyal Slightly Stoopid listener will not be disappointed.

Like most of the group’s albums, this one will satisfy a 4-20-friendly crowd. Most of the tracks include the word “sensimillia” more than once. Any Bob Marley fan will be pleased with the sound of this record.

This CD will easily appeal to any reggae listener, but if you have to ask yourself if they are singing about waking up and baking a cake or not, this CD might not be for you.

Most of the tracks don’t stray far from the slow tempos and smooth beats that Slightly Stoopid is known for creating. A few of the tracks might even be mistaken for coffeehouse rock.

This album includes a bonus track –“Closer to the Sun” – that can be found four minutes after the last track, “Tom & Jerry.”

The next time you find yourself, in the words of Musical Youth: “passing the dutchie on the left hand side,” this album will be a hit with everyone in the room.
