This is another romantic comedy, except it actually has a decent storyline to it and is “chuckle worthy.”

I saw it with my significant other and I have to say this is the first movie that we both have enjoyed together in a long time because we actually watched it the whole way through.

The majority of the punchlines were actually funny and when they weren’t, we laughed anyway.

Kristen Bell plays Beth, a young and pretty professional and her job is her life. Her younger sister gets married in Rome and Beth is the maid of honor. During an Italian tradition, Josh Duhamel who plays Nick, helps Beth rectify herself after an embarrassing blunder.

After the wedding, Beth has one too many cocktails and ends up stealing coins from the fontana d’amore that has an ancient spell on it that whoever places a coin in it will find true love and whoever takes someone’s coins out of it will gain that person’s love.

Unfortunately, she bites off more than she can chew when five men including Nick fall in love with her.

Each guy has his own goofy avatar and only one man will end up winning her heart; but is it out of true love or the spell of the fontana d’amore?

I would definitley recommend this movie to friends and family. “When in Rome” gets a four-star rating in my book.
