The DMC Student Art Association (SAA) will host a Spring 2010 Scholarship Competition for three $300 scholarships.
Eligible students must have a 3.0 GPA, be currently enrolled in at least one DMC art course and submit a typed one-paragraph description of their artistic goals.
The portfolio must consist of three to five pieces of artwork from the DMC art course(s). The portfolio with the entrant's written goals and a copy of the entrant's transcript must be submitted to SAA Faculty Sponsor Amorette Garza this Friday and the scholarships will be awarded next Friday.
